Use hupser with an AI assistant.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your hupser account, and ask it to plan your training, build workouts, and look at your rides. Any hupser account works.
What it can do.
Ask in plain language. The assistant uses your hupser account and only does what you allow.
- Find workouts in the hupser library, or build a new one, such as “3 × 8 minutes at threshold in under an hour”.
- Put workouts on your calendar, move them, or remove them. They show up in hupser on your devices, ready to ride.
- Look at the rides you recorded in hupser, your training load, and your FTP history.
- Change your FTP and zones, or rename a ride.
- With your permission, see heart rate and weight, and your friends and their rides.
Connect Claude.
- On claude.ai or in Claude Desktop, open Customize → Connectors.
- Find hupser, or choose Add → Add custom connector and enter
https://api.hupser.app/mcp. - Select Connect, sign in to hupser, choose what to allow, and select Allow.
Once it’s connected, hupser is available in the Claude apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android too.
Connect ChatGPT.
- On chatgpt.com, open Plugins.
- Find hupser, or choose Add → Add custom MCP server and enter
https://api.hupser.app/mcpwith OAuth. - Select Connect, sign in to hupser, choose what to allow, and select Allow.
- In a chat, type
@hupserand ask.
What you allow.
You choose when you connect. To change it later, disconnect and connect again.
- See your hupser account: workouts, calendar, rides, FTP, and zones. Always on.
- Make changes: create and edit workouts, plan your calendar, and set FTP and zones.
- Heart rate and weight: heart rate in your rides, heart rate zones, max heart rate, and weight.
- Friends and other riders: your friends and their rides, and who is riding.
What it can’t do.
- It only sees rides recorded in hupser, not rides from Strava, Apple Health, or other services.
- It never gets your location or route, email address, date of birth, sex, or height.
- It can’t send rides to Strava or Intervals.icu, and it can’t reach events or clubs yet.
- Workouts it creates show up in hupser on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Windows.
hupser has no AI of its own. The assistant is yours, under its own terms. Read how we handle this in our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect.
In hupser, go to Settings → Account and select Disconnect next to the assistant. Its access ends right away. You can also disconnect from the assistant’s own settings.
If it doesn’t work.
- It says a permission is missing: disconnect, connect again, and allow it.
- A workout doesn’t show up: open hupser and wait for it to sync, and check you’re signed in with the same account.
- A ride is missing: only rides recorded in hupser are available.
